Clear, Fair & Professional Guidelines for a Smooth Beauty Experience

At BeautyIntl Luxury Hairs, we value your time, comfort, and satisfaction. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every client. Please read carefully before booking to help us serve you with the highest level of luxury and care.

 Booking & Appointments

- All appointments must be booked online through our official booking system.  

- A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.  

- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a loss of deposit.  

- Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment, if done at least 24 hours in advance.  

- No‑shows automatically forfeit the deposit and will require a new booking.

 Late Arrivals

- A 10‑minute grace period is allowed.  

- After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened.  

- After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

 

 Hair Preparation

- Please arrive with clean, detangled hair for installs or braids unless you booked a wash service.  

- Extra detangling or unprepared hair may incur an additional fee.

 

🌸 Wig & Hair Drop‑Off

- Custom wig installs require wig drop‑off at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.  

- Failure to drop off on time may result in rescheduling.

 Payments

- Deposits are non‑refundable.  

- Remaining balance is due at the end of your service.  

- We accept cash, card, or approved digital payments.

 

🌸 Kids’ Appointments

- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

- Please ensure your child’s hair is clean and detangled unless a wash service is booked.

Respect & Professionalism

- BeautyIntl Luxury Hairs is a safe, respectful environment.  

- Rude or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal

• Custom & Bridal units: 7–14 business days depending on specifications

During peak bridal seasons, processing times may vary slightly. We recommend early booking for wedding orders.

2–5 business days after dispatch

International Shipping:

5–10 business days depending on destination

Each unit is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our luxury standards.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair units cannot be returned once worn, altered, customized, or removed from original packaging.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Our team will promptly review and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered only if:

• The unit is unused

• Lace is uncut

• Hair has not been worn, styled, or altered

• Original packaging is intact

All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made and bridal units are final sale due to their personalized nature.
